Lenovo prepares protected laptop.
Lenovo Company developed new protected laptop of ThinkPad series.
This novelty is especially for people who require reliable pc for work, but in some situations these laptops can be unsuitable in use, for example, in conditions of high humidity. Lenovo never made earlier the protected devices till the present moment.
Degree of laptop "security" is defined by the chassis design. In this case the weight, thickness or time of independent work, turns out to be secondary factors. The case of protected laptop is executed in magnesium alloy, the cover of the screen is additionally reinforced, and the screen has protection coverage. Corners are strengthened by thick rubber overlays, and all sockets have rubber stubs. Thus, the case represents a uniform tight design, impenetrable for water.
Laptop Lenovo is developed in the Innovative Center, it is protected from a dust and dirt, it is capable to sustain weight of the car, and it is impenetrable for a liquid. The handle equips it for the convenience.
According to information from Russian Representatives of Lenovo, laptop can appear in the domestic market in the second quarter 2008.
