The series is blooding in two different models the Inspiron 1018 one bearing a hard drive of 160GB and the other bearing a hard drive of 250GB. While both have all the other features same they do show a cost difference of around 20$ because of the better quality hard drive.

The common features include: a 10.1-inch (1024 x 600) display, a 92% sized keyboard, a high-gloss black finish, 1GB of DDR3 memory, a GMA 3150 integrated graphics, a 160/250GB hard drive, a 0.3 megapixel webcam, 10/100 LAN, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, optional Bluetooth 3.0, and a 3- or 6-cell battery, the latter enabling up to 7 hours and 18 minutes of operation per charge.

The Dell Mini Inspiron 1018 comes with a Windows seven starter that is sure to boost the performance of the device’s excellent processor the Intel Atom N455.. Netbooks typically have less powerful hardware than larger laptop computers. Some netbooks do not even have a conventional hard drive.
