Toshiba opens hot line in Russia for laptop users.
Toshiba Europe GmbH PC department has declared the beginning of work of own Information centre. All the questions regarding notebooks of Toshiba, will receive a consultation by phone of a hot line. Users can consult concerning guarantee and post warranty service, ask questions, learn characteristics of new products, addresses of shops and service centers, also to leave offers and wishes.
"It is very important for many users to have the opportunity to address for consultation by phone of a hot line when he is choosing a notebook of any manufacturer. Creation of Information centre is a step towards to our clients, and we are assured, that they will estimate a new level of Toshiba service", - said Oleg Korchagin, marketing and PR expert of Moscow representation Toshiba Europe GmbH.
Information centre will work from Monday to Friday from 9:00 till 18:00 by Moscow time. In further, operating time of hot line will be prolonged for users of East part of Russia convenience.
