Digitimes Research: Global AIO PC shipments in 2014 estimated to reach 13.3 million units

There will be an estimated 13.3 million AIO (all-in-one) PCs shipped globally in 2014, decreasing on year by 8.8% and accounting for 9.4% of all desktops, according to Digitimes Research.

China-based Lenovo will be the largest vendor accounting for 30.5% of the shipments, followed by Apple with 30.1%, Hewlett-Packard with 16.5%, Dell with 6.8%, Taiwan-based Acer with 4.5%, Taiwan-based Micro-Star International (MSI) with 2.3%, Taiwan-based Asustek Computer with 1.7% and Fujitsu with 1.7%, Digitimes Research indicated.

Among Taiwan-based ODMs, Quanta Computer will account for 39.5% of the shipments, TPV-Inventec Technology for 16.5%, Wistron for 13.2%, Pegatron for 12.0%, Compal Electronics for 9.4% and MSI for 3.5% (including for own-brand sale).
