Samsung Electronics has expanded series of Topaz monitors, adding models with large displays from 22 to 27 inches - P2470H, R2770H, P2470HD and P2770HD.

Samsung unveiled two lines of monitors: with and without built-in TV tuner. All models have similar body design made of the proprietary technology Touch of Color. Models with TV tuner have 5ms response time, and without - 2ms. In fact, monitors with TV tuner are first-class monitors and modern TVs with FullHD resolution.

Touch of Color technology allows you to create beautiful body, the color of which varies depending on the angle of view from black to ruby. Touch keys on the bottom of the frame come alive with ruby light as soon as they are touched. The feeling of lightness and airiness is further enhanced by a transparent monitor stand.

Due to 50 000:1 dynamic contrast (in models with TV tuner) and 70 000:1 (in models without a TV tuner) and quick response time, images on the screen turns are bright and saturated. Extensive connectivity options and the availability of HDMI ports allow connecting the new monitors to home theater systems, game consoles and other sources of video content. Dolby Digital Plus / SRS TruSurround HD system and built-in speakers (for models with TV tuner) delivers realistic surrounding sound.

In 70 and 70MFM Series there are monitors with size of the screen of 22 to 27 inches. The new models will appear in retail sales in January 2010.
