MICS, Lenovo, Microsoft on Road Show in Kazan (Tatarstan)

MICS Distribution Company held a road-show for its new partners in Kazan, the capital of Republic of Tatarstan. The road-show was accompanied by Lenovo and Microsoft representatives.


      

Michael Yaroshevsky, head of MICS sales department, attracted attention of the regional partners to advantages of doing business with MICS, which has long term experience in distribution of wide range of computer products and consumer electronics in the Russian market. Being a multivendor distributor, the company can offer a diversified line of products and solutions for modern office, SMB and SOHO segments. The product range is supported by attractive terms and conditions for the regional partners as well as strong marketing activity coordinated with vendor companies.


      

MICS builds it product policy focusing on products and solutions from most effective vendors, which showed their ability to overcome market turmoil and continue growth.

Lenovo, one of the MICS most valued partners, is such a market leader, showing impressive performance over the past months of this year (For more details see: Bloomberg, November 5, 2009). Lenovo has chosen an aggressive strategy for the Russian market and offers a wide range of computer products aimed at different categories of end-users, said Dmitry Gamayunov, Lenovo reseller manager. He presented two main lines of company products for the market (ThinkPad and IdeaPad laptops) and talked about Lenovo partner support programs for the regions.


      

Lenovo expects further growth in laptop sales next year when corporate customers start mass upgrading computer operation system to Windows 7.

Main advantages of the new operating system from Microsoft were revealed in course of the seminar by Alexander Samsonov, Microsoft regional representative.


      


The road-show was followed by one-to-one meetings aimed at strengthening cooperation between the business partners.
