Toshiba’s new external hard drive, STOR.E D10, the storage capacity of up to 2 terabytes. The D10 STOR.E allows high speed data transfer from your computer, thanks to two interfaces: USB 2.0 High Speed ensures that data transfer speeds up to 480 Mbps and eSATA interface, which allows fast data transfer also via a cable (longer than 2 meters).

To make the backup process as simple and safe as possible, even for inexperienced users STOR.E the D10 comes with a trial version pre-installed backup software Nero BackItUp&Burn. The software helps ensure data security and at the same time to automate the backup. Also installed a trial version of McAfee Internet Security Suite 2009 which protects the disk from viruses and makes it a safe tool for backup.

In addition to the warranty, users have the opportunity to sign a contract for a Data Recovery Service for a period of three years. This service protects users against data loss in case of fatal hard drive crash. Indeed, in case of accident professional data recovery lab will do everything possible to retrieve user data.
