Taking an example from Dell, Toshiba Company released first Tablet PC with LED-Backlit. Toshiba Portege M700 on the basis of Santa Rosa platform. Computer is equipped with built in DVD-drive, web-camera and other attributes of business-laptop. Computer is an "ultraportable device" with touch-screen.
