Toshiba Europe PC department released a plotting computer Portege M700. It is a first plotting notebook-transformer with LED Backlit of the screen. Portege M700 is positioned as a personal computer for businessmen, teachers and students who appreciate the maximal mobility.

 

Toshiba Portege M700 is also a first plotting laptop with the rotary- touch display simultaneously supporting data input, both by means of stylus and fingers.

 

Portege M700 is created on Intel Centrino Pro Platform. Intel Technology Active Management 2.6 gives opportunities for the distant adjustment, diagnostics and elimination of malfunctions, also updating of programs on a local network that allows to save essentially working hours and to provide peak efficiency of work at office or on a trip.

 

System Ultra SlimBay allows changing a configuration of laptop according to wishes of the user. In Ultra SlimBay Slot is possible to put an optical drive or the second hard disk. Portege M700 is equipped by two USB-ports Sleep and Charge, allowing to charge mobile phones and MP3-players even in that case when the computer is switched off.

 

Keyboard of Portege M700 is protected from water spill and other liquids, including the aerated drinks and coffee with sugar. Waterproof keyboard gives the user time to keep the information and to close system in case of casual hit of a liquid, helping to prevent data loss. Besides the computer has the shockproof case with a hard disk, three-dimensional accelerometer for mechanical damages protection.
