The Xerox company has announced 3-year strategy results regarding document flow management in Russia. Currently, the Xerox portfolio includes the whole range of services, which help Russian customers save up to 27.5% on average in document production and management.

Document production is rather costly process eating from 5% to 15% of a company turnover.

Xerox offers its services in three main fields:

- management of document intensive business processes
- management of office printing infrastructure
- outsourcing of mass document production.

Among the benefits a customer gets adopting Xerox solutions are optimized infrastructure, transparency of document intensive business processes, increased labor productivity, higher business efficiency and reduced costs.

Xerox have been providing its outsourcing services in Russia since 1999, most actively over the last 3 years. At present, over 100,000 office workers from companies in 8 industry sectors use Xerox services in doc flow management. Over the past three years, companys customers have created one billion documents, which cost them 25-30% less than on average.
